Tab 1/Page 1- Ionic Compounds (Binary & Ternary)

  • Define ionic, binary and ternary compounds
  • List the steps (at least 3 steps for each) for naming ionic compounds (binary & ternary)
  • List 3 metals and 3 nonmetals. Include their charges.
  • Write the chemical formulas and names for the above compounds.
  • 3 images of ionic compounds

Tab 2/Page2- Ionic Compounds with Transition metals

  • List the steps (at least 3 steps for each) for naming ionic compounds with transition metals
  • Include why roman numerals are used
  • List 3 transition metals and 3 nonmetals. Include their charges (with roman numerals).
